Position: BIM Modeler
Roles & Responsibilities

Reports to Design Manager

Responsible for civil & structure modelling

Check, revise and update BIM Models based on drawings and latest information.

Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of the models.

Analyze information, identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase
-
Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models.

Attend Client and Interface Meetings

Pre-testing models
Job Requirements:
-
Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Structural/ Architecture) / NITEC Drafting certificate or equivalent
-
Candidates with experience Civil Construction projects preferred
-
At least 1 year experience using BIM
-
Proficient in REVIT
-
Strong analyzing skills
Candidate must be based in Singapore.
