- Develop and implement HSEQ policies, procedures, and standards specific to FPSO conversion projects.
- Ensure the HSEQ management system complies with local, national, and international regulations.
- Promote a safety-first culture across all project teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for identified hazards.
- Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of corrective actions.
- Ensure environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement environmental management plans, including waste management and pollution control measures.
- Implement and maintain a quality management system (QMS) to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee quality control activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
- Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs for project staff and subcontractors.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in HSEQ practices.
- Prepare regular HSEQ performance reports for senior management and relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSEQ records and documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with HSEQ standards.
- Represent the company in HSEQ-related meetings and forums.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001) are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HSEQ management within the maritime or oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in FPSO conversion projects.
