Project Engineer (Geotechnical | Site-Based | Singapore)

What You’ll Do
- Technical Design & Proposal Support : Analyze site data, develop technical solutions, and contribute to detailed project proposals
- Project Planning & Coordination : Liaise with design, procurement, and operations teams to align project objectives
- Client & Stakeholder Communication : Provide updates, clarify technical issues, and align expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Site Execution : Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
- Team Leadership : Supervise site crews and subcontractors, instilling a culture of accountability and performance
- Geotechnical Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks during planning and execution
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain project records, reports, QA/QC logs, and site diaries
- Cost Optimization : Support efficient use of materials, equipment, and resources
- HSEQ Compliance : Champion health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on-site
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (site-based preferred)
- Familiarity with geotechnical design and construction techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
- "Supervise Construction Work for WSH" certificate (preferred)
- Willingness to work outdoors on active construction sites
