🔹 We're Hiring: Site Manager – Offshore Wind Farm Project
📍 Location: Europe water

Are you a seasoned leader in offshore construction? Join us on one of the region’s most exciting offshore wind farm projects , playing a key role in driving the safe and efficient delivery of marine installation and commissioning activities.

🔧 Your Role:
As Site Manager , you will oversee day-to-day operations offshore or at port, ensuring that installation milestones are met safely, on time, and within scope. You'll lead site coordination, manage contractors and logistics, and serve as the key interface between onshore project management and offshore execution teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead all on-site activities for wind turbine installation, cable laying, and commissioning.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and project-specific regulations.
  • Coordinate vessels, logistics, and subcontractor performance.
  • Drive site reporting, documentation, and permit compliance.
  • Interface with OEMs, marine teams, and client stakeholders.
🎯 You Bring:
  • 5+ years in offshore wind, marine construction, or energy infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership in dynamic offshore environments.
  • Valid offshore certifications (GWO, BOSIET/FOET, OGUK Medical).
  • Technical knowledge of offshore vessels, lift plans, and marine coordination.
  • Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
🌍 Previous experience on offshore wind projects such as Hornsea, East Anglia, or Borssele is a big plus!
